I visited this Indian Punjabi store/restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude, both towards customers and employees — treating staff harshly and without respect, almost like they were being forced to work under pressure. This creates a very negative atmosphere, and customer service is basically nonexistent. Instead of welcoming people, the manager always appears angry and uninterested in helping. On the positive side, the Gursikh uncle is a very kind and humble person who always treats customers with warmth and respect. Also, I want to acknowledge the restaurant staff — they are extremely hardworking, polite, and truly deserve appreciation for their efforts. My full respect goes to them. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior overshadows the good work of the rest of the team.
